can I order from your company? Make a list of "Item Code"
of the items you have selected from our catalogue, mention the quantity
you are interested in them and mail it to us. We will make a Performa
invoice including the total shipping charges and mail back to you within
1or 2 business days.
2. Is all your silver
sterling, and are your stones authentic? Yes, all our
silver is guaranteed to be at least 92.5% pure (designating it
sterling) and all our stones are guaranteed to be
authentic.
3. Do you
supply in wholesale? Yes, we are direct manufacturer of
sterling silver jewelry. We supply to wholesalers, resellers,
retailers, exhibition participants, Shopping retail chains,
online retailers, catalogue sales etc.
4. What is your minimum
order? Our minimum order is 5 pieces in one design. There is no minimum for total order.
There is minimum shipping charge of US$ 30.
5. What is the area
you ship? We ship world wide. Currently we are exporting to 14
countries and have very satisfied customers all over the world.
6. Do you offer any quantity
discounts? We give quantity discounts to wholesale
resellers. Any client ordering more then "10 pieces one
design" will be considered as a wholesale reseller, all
products will be charged by weight to him. This way he will
get a discount of 5% to 8%. This is a better deal for good
value for money.
All order above US$ 5000 will get 2% discounts to all.
7. I want
in bulk quantity and I want my own designs at my rates? Yes,
please contact me directly. Our only condition is that we deal
in pure 92.5 sterling silver only.
8. How can I pay? We
accept payment through swift wire transfers in almost all
currencies. You can pay us from following local banks in your country in
your currency, as below:

9. How quickly do you
ship? We ship orders within one to two weeks
of receiving them. Typically you will get your order within 15
business days of placing it. Our standard
shipping method is via SPEED POST service, which takes 5 to 7
business days to reach destinations. On demand we also ship
through UPS, it delivers in 4-7 days.
10. Where are you
located? We are in Jaipur, the beautiful ethnic and
traditional cultural heaven of INDIA. Yes, it is a great place to live!
11. What
are the shipping charges? Our International shipping
charges through SPEED POST is minimum US$ 40 for up to one kg.
of shipment, then additional US$ 20 from every additional
kilo. Minimum charges through UPS is US$ 40 for half kilo and
then additional US$ 20 for every half kilo.
12. Do you have a printed
catalog? No, we do not have any printed catalogue. all
our designs are online and we keep on adding new designs to
them.
